iTools 6 : Mail : Open Relay Print send FAQs by e-mailask a question
Question:I have been told that my iTools server is an "open-relay". How do I fix it?
Answer:iTools is NOT an open relay by default. In the mail settings there is a relay-domains section that will configure what domains can relay. It should be empty. If it is not, please remove the entries
that are causing the problem.

If you are running FormMail (a cgi for sending mail), make sure you are running the latest version. Previous versions contained a security hole that allowed relaying. This is not a Tenon product though and is not a part of iTools.
affected program versions:6.5
