Question:AWStats - I reinstalled, now awstats doesn't show my old log files
Answer:You need to remove the cache files from /Library/Tenon/WebLog/cache/awstatsxx2004.example.txt Where xx is the month that you wish to remove and example is replaced with your domain. You will also need to remove all cache files after xx month. Finally you need to rebuild the cache from the log files. You need to parse the logs in order of the time the log was generated.

For example, if you have log files: example.access.log.1 example.access.log.2.


cd /Library/Tenon/WebLog/cgi-bin

./awstats.pl -update -config=example.com -logfile=/Library/Tenon/WebServer/Logs/example.access.log.1

./awstats.pl -update -config=example.com -logfile=/Library/Tenon/WebServer/Logs/example.access.log.2
