give us a call at the office and I can check your logging settings.
Post.office is set to have very verbose logging by default. This may
be causing your problem

Hi,
After 3 days running Post.Office b19 with only about 5 users I wanted to
create a new account today. So I fired up my browser entered the URL enter
my root password and was presented with this nice sentence:
There is not sufficient space available in the Post.Office spool directory
On this Hard Disk I have about 990 MB free and like I said this is only a
testing server.
Any explanation to this?
