Hmm strange, I was advised by tenon to stay at 10.1.5 and 712 until
perhaps 715 is released. There always seems to be some issue that
arises after any update. I will stand by my statement that 10.1.5 and
712 has no known issues, at least for my site.

If you are not having any problems I would leave well enough alone.
I am running 10.1.5 with PO 712 and was advised not to upgrade and
if you have been watching this list then you know there are issues
with any release above 712 as well as Jaguar.
714 definitely fixed some strange SMTP not sending to multiple
recipients problem. Tenon claims they fixed at least some of the
bugs they uncovered in the class commonly known as "POP before SMTP
bugs". My users complaints died down after I upgraded to 714. Sue
@tenon claims (unofficially) that 715, hopefully fixing all of the
strange SMTP bugs will be out like any day now. I have tested 714 on
10.2.1 and 10.2.2 (this upgrade offers File System Journaling, a
very good thing if you run a unix server). I would strongly
recommend upgrading to 10.2.2 and then switching on Journaling
(launch Disk Utility after install to switch on). And then
installing either 714 or 715 (if it comes out before you finished
installing OS 10.2.2). Jaguar and 714 has been rock solid for me.
712 will slow down sending mail requiring a reboot. (Also related to
POP before SMTP bugs).

Charles Ying
