Where is PostOffice ?

 I got a strange problem yesterday. I couldn't get my email, and I 
couldn't get to the configuration by the web. I went to PostOffice to 
try to launch PostOffice app. and I got a totally blank screen with 
nothing 
in it ! not anymore configuration. I downloaded the version 714 from 
the web saying to myself : I am going to reinstall all the package and, 
when I finished downloaded, I tried to install but everytime I launch 
the installer, I got the following message : "some mistakes have 
appeared" and it quits.
What can I do I am despaired. Can I uninstall everything and just 
reinstall after ?
