Is it possible to interface PO directly via SNMP?

I have a slick MRTG site running to monitor my servers and I would like to add PO (incoming / outgoing connections).

MRTG has a perl script to poll sendmail (http://mrtg.yeehaw.net/info/smtp-info.html) and I was wondering if PO has any command line reporting

that I could use.

Any ideas?
