forms

In the FAQ is said the forms can be modified.
As all my users are spaniards and only 50% of them understand 
English, I need to know where are the forms to translate them into 
Spanish.

In the FAQ I read the forms can be modified (but reverted at every 
upgrade, no problem) but I was unable to find in the manuals where 
are those forms.
I'm using MacOs X so does anybody knows where the forms (both for 
email and HTML) are?
