How to filter incoming mail by size?

Subject: How to filter incoming mail by size?

I have a user who is on an extended ocean journey on his sailboat. There is a satellite service that can get email sent to him at some extremely slow speed like 300 baud. Unfortunately, he has friends who has no clue and still send him email with MB attachments. He asked me if I can forward ONLY mail smaller than a certain size or truncate mail at a fixed size to him. It occurs to me that people using cellphones to pick up email (palmOS or PocketPC2002) will have the same requirement.

Does anyone know if Post.Office can be configured to do this kind of "filtering"?

Charles
