IMAP on Post.office

Does IMAP work on Post.office?

Everytime one of my users try to connect via IMAP he/she gets an 
error message (INBOX not present) and I get following:

Para: Postmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Asunto: Post.Office notification
Responder a: Error-Handler@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The mail system on EDserver.lozano.net encountered the following error:

    The following module was unable to complete its task.
    Please refer to the following information:


    Module Name: IMAP-Server
    Message Name:
    Process ID: 7629
    Exit Value: 100

What am I doing wrong?
