Post.Office Technical Support Fee Changing in 2003
To all current Post.Office customers:
We wanted to give you a heads-up on Tenon's plans to increase fees
Post.Office technical support. Next year, we will start to offer
technical support to Post.Office users on non-Mac platforms, as well
as continuing to support our Mac OS X customers.
The current $99/year support fee is a real bargain and doesn't begin
to pay for our technical support team. We will be adopting the
Software.com/Openwave pricing model of $75 per incident, with a five
incident minimum payment of $375.
Before we instituted this new policy, we wanted to give our current
customers the option of buying a $99 Maintenance contract now, before
the price increase. You can simply go to the web order form and
choose Post.Office Maintenance at the bottom of the form. (If you
want to order multiple years, just press "back" and add another
Maintenance package to your shopping cart.)
