Unable to put entries in SMTP Routing Table

Hello All,

I am trying to make entries in the SMTP Mail Routing Table under 
Special Routing Instructions.  But I get the following error:

Account-Manager/HTML-Range-Error/Config/VerifyEnvFail

what I want to do is this:

bubbs.biola.edu:[10.1.1.28]

But I've tried various combinations, using domain names instead of ip 
address and such.  In fact, if I click submit on the configuration 
page without making *any* entries I get the same error.  I have 
version 712 on OS X 10.2.2.  Thanks.
