RE: 550 relay error when sending multiple e-mails

Hmmm I have seen the same thing.

I think it is a bad e-mail address.  I think Outlook hangs he entire queue
of messages if even one message has a bad address (either a full mailbox or
a non-existent address).

It could also be a filter.  Do you have any filters?  I wish I could be more
help.  I have seen the same issue before and I am sure it is one of the two.
Try checking your PO logs.
