That was due to my poor interpretation of the online help. I thought it was
necessary since I was using host hiding.

I don't have DNS running on my server but I am using my ISP's DNS. When you
perform a "dig mydomain.org MX" it points to mydomain.org with the A record
pointing to the static IP address assigned to me by my ISP. When a dig MX is
performed on any of the virtual hosts it also points to mydomain.org with the A
record pointing to that same static IP address assigned to me by my ISP.
