Filter's Deleted - Dyn.Host not working

PO zapped/deleted all of my filters yesterday on edit of one 
Subject_Filter line --  After submitting the filter edit, all of my 
filters were gone!

Anyone have this happen?

I had to rebuild all of my filters (*!!^@*#$) and most seem to be 
working.  However, John's recommended RBL's were working great before 
this happened, but since this error my rbl_Filter is not working. 
Can anyone confirm if the Dyn.Hosts (described below) are working 
today?
