I don't doubt that. I like to provide this to my customers as well and it's
a bit hard with EIMS. Still, while customers like it - it's still not my job
to keep their inbox clean. :-) Who knows what dubious places they visit and
leave their email address unprotected...

Ah! Sounds fabulous! I hope it's not just plain text though...

I don't dispute that. But when trying to run a product such as P.O. on OSX
in a production environment, these little naggers are pretty bad for
business. No matter how strong the core or how quick your support.

Oh? I thought the original developer had abandoned the product and you
picked it up? What's the story here? Is tenon maintaining the code or is
another company. I mean - Tenon doesn't provide development or support for
Solaris or NT, do they?

Perhaps. But see above. It hurts no matter whether it takes long to fix or
not. Server down is server down. Or does the PO license allow 2
installations so one can switch back and forth?
