Not sure how your setting is.
But I am totally opposite. I recently switched to PO. First day of
installation, put it on production. Everyone is happy.
Why don't you go step by step with manual and see if you missed out
anything.

Here is some input from a new user. I like Tenon a lot, started using
WebTen almost 4 years ago and happily moved to iTools now.
Now I am in the process of installing PO - what a mess! Following the manual
doesn't help - I honestly tried and got stuck. Then I called Tenon and Sue
looked into my setup and it didn't work after spending some time on the phone
and following her suggestions step by step.
Then she told me that there is a bug and I should upgrade to 717. I did and
it still doesn't work. Then Sue got into my machine remotely and it still
didn't work, so she uninstalled PO and told me to reinstall it.
I did - and still cannot make any sense of it.
If it sounds like a normal way of installing software, I am sorry. In my
opinion well developed software doesn' behave this way. And yes, I went
through the steps in the manual (which is also not really good}.
