Did you also restart the Mac? Just bouncing P.O does not always do it
for us.
Agreed that it's not a valid solution, it's a work-around. It up to
Tenon to provide valid solutions.

Bounce both P.O and the Mac, ask Tenon to fix the problem.
You may have found a new, possibly related, problem, but, if you turn
OFF P-B-S and it goes away, I'd have to assume it's the same old problem
- P-B-S is confused.
