Hello Marc,
  I'm sorry you are having this problem.  Can you try the following 
and let me know if it fixes the problem?


can you copy /var/spool/post.office/config/SMTP-Accept.backup to SMTP-Accept

If you are logged in as root, you can get access to those files with 
the Go: prompt in the finder window, by typing in the directory path 
of:

/var/spool/post.office/config

Move SMTP-Accept to your Desktop and then copy the .backup file to SMTP-Accept.
