Too much trouble with PO

Every time, just when I think it's going okay something else breaks 
with PostOffice! I've upgraded to 717 because I was having some 
trouble and now none of my dynamic filters are working. Again!!

I've got to say that I've never had so many things go wrong with a 
software program as I have with PO. My intention (6 months ago) was 
to run some medium sized email lists with po but it just never was 
reliable enough for long enough to trust it. To this day I couldn't 
justify moving to PO. I like it, I wish I could get it stable enough 
to put into production.

Any ideas?
