"Bounce" the server, stop and restart it.

The safest and best way to do this is:

       Locally:

            1) Quit P.O
            2) Restart Mac
            3) When back up, make sure P.O has restarted successfully.

Remotely ( cmds. are in quotes, don't enter the quotes themselves
):

            1) Login to Mac as root via terminal and ssh.
            2) "/usr/local/post.office/post.office shutdown" ( shuts
down P.O )
            3) Wait about 15 sec.
            4) "shutdown -r now" ( shuts down Mac immediately w/
restart option set )
            5) When back up, make sure P.O has restarted successfully.

            x) For more info. on the shutdown cmd., see: "man shutdown"

   Which release are you running?

The problem seems to build over time baseed on unknown factors. Since
99%+ of my users send through their local ISPs, I don't see it often, but
it should be fixed by Tenon.

They said it was fixed in the latest release, but this problem has
been mentioned and addressed many times on this list since then.

As I thought. It's probably your P-B-S acting up. Symptoms are:

Multiple msgs. being refused after one ( non-local ) is
successfully sent.

Multiple recipients being refused after one ( non-local ) is
successfully sent.

All of the above will result in a "no relaying" error.

   HTH.
