Speaking of SPAM filters; are you running "Body Filters"?  If so, how 
many phrases in the filter?

I'm working with Tenon support attempting to verify a problem I have 
noticed since moving past r711.  When I use my normal 90+ phrase 
filter.  I am unable to send attachments (2mb) without (SMTP) sending 
errors displayed on the email client(OSX 10.2.3's client).   The send 
occurs, but fails to confirm and prompts the client of the error 
after a long time after the send.
