Yes,

Post.Office retains this information in a separate database here:

/var/spool/post.office/config/AutoReply-Handler

It will retain the users who sent mail to you until you specifically turn
off the auto reply message (and then receive an email).  At that point the
data will be eliminated.  It will not get wiped out even a year down the
line, depending on what happens to the database when a Post.Office upgrade
occurs.
