Hello Alan,
Fixing the hostname in Post.Office normally requires two steps. The first step is to fix your machine so that the proper hostname comes up if you issue the hostname command in a terminal window. Once this has been done, then you can run the second step, which is to re-run the Post.Office Application (the mailbox icon in the Finder/Applications window).

I made an error when installing Post Office and can't find out how to correct the mistake. The host name was entered incorrectly. How can I fix the problem.
