Checking how I am doing wiht SPAM

I have a number of addresses blocked so as not to get SPAM. What is the
easiest way to see how well I am doing? I assume grepping the log would be
a good start but what exactly to look for. I must be doing something right
because one of my users is thrilled to be getting almost nothing he
doesn't want.
