Yes, you can use the "subscribe" command if you use the command line 
utilities.  You will need to be able to bring up a terminal on your 
machine, or you will need to log in remotely to the machine and then 
issue the Post.Office mailing list command line utilities commands in 
order to do this.  The documentation for this is in the 
Administration Guide in Section 11.4.  You can find this information 
by logging into Post.Office as the postmaster through the web 
browser, clicking on Help and then following the link to the 
Administration Guide.  You want to look at the information for the 
"subscribe" command in the Mailing List Utilities section.
