The general procedure is to install Post.Office fresh on the new 
machine, (stop the Post.Office service on both machines), "tar up" 
the /var/spool/post.office and /var/spool/mailbox directories from 
the old machine, move and "un tar" them on the new machine and then 
restart Post.Office on the new machine.  You'll need to make sure 
your MX records point to the new machine.    Here is the link to our
