Jim,

This is pretty easy to do in Post.Office considering it is not a standard
feature.  Here are the steps:

1)  Make an account for each list

2) Then set up the alternate addresses to:
 
> list1-on@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
> list1-off@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
> list1-admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
> list1-digest@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
> list1-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

3) Set the accounts to use program delivery and point each to a script to do
the work.  
The script would parse the To: line of the email and send and appropriate
message to to appropriate list. Perl would probably be the best language for
this.

Tenon Support can make this for you if you don't want to.  Let our info
department ( info@xxxxxxxxx) know if you want this done.
