Jim,

Bear in mind that the application (Post.Office) as with other multi 
user apps for that matter, must have unique names. I use jsmith, 
jbrown, jjones, etc as the user names and then map any number of 
email addresses to each name as needed. this means that jsmith can 
receive mail to "jsmith@xxxxxxxxxx", "jim@xxxxxxxxxx" and 
smithj@xxxxxxxxxx" while jbrown can receive mail addressed to 
jbrown@xxxxxxxxxx, jim@xxxxxxxxxx, and brown@xxxxxxxxxxx

It also means that jsmith can receive mail addressed to 
jim@xxxxxxxxxx and jim@xxxxxxxxxx, etc.
