Can you give a few details?  What did you do?  What happened (specifically)?

WebEdge is not a new implementation from Tenon.  It was sold for many 
years by Software.com/Openwave Inc.  The version we just released is 
an updated and enhanced version from our Japanese partners and is 
being sold by them as well.

Give us a few details and we'll try to help.
Also what is your platform, Xserve, Mac OS X 10.2.3 server, 10.1.5? 
Tell us more.
