Great idea, Dan!  That was it!

Everything works now!  In my opinion it is another example of how NOT to write manuals.  I have all PO manuals printed and re-read everything related to relaying and sendmail substitution - nothing really to help.

Considering that PHP mail function was working with original sendmail and I had the same kind of relay restrictions there, I assumed that PO emulation should work the same way. Wrong! - and no help from the manual.

But.... BIG thanks to you - you made my day and much more!
