I can answer this question but the others I don't quite understand.

To allow messages to be received into info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx you need to do one
of two things:

1) set up a PO user account with the email address info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

OR

2) set up a wildcard account that will catch mail directed to ANY user at
your domain. For example, you do not need to set up a new user for
info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx if you set up a user with the email address:

*@yourdomain.com (star at your domain dot com)

That is called a wildcard account and it will catch any message that is
directed to any user where there is no email account.
