Tenon has recommended putting the Src Addr before the Dyn.Host.
Src.Addr *@aol.com Op NOT AND
Src.Addr john@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Op NOT AND
Dyn.Host relays.osirusoft.com Op OR
Dyn.Host blackholes.uceb.org
It seems to be working for me. Hopes this helps.
