I have found both of these to be very helpful - they list all sorts of these
blackholes, each with a different SPAM 'segment' that they focus on.  That
is where I found the other three that Elton listed.

http://www.declude.com/junkmail/support/ip4r.htm
http://www.sdsc.edu/~jeff/spam/cbc.html

And 

http://relays.osirusoft.com/cgi-bin/rbcheck.cgi

Which checks an ip address or qualified domain name against a whole bunch of
blackkholes. 

I have found these to be very useful.
