Thanks for the tip.

I was beginning to think that might be the problem. My hostname is set to
domain.com, but it looks as if it needs to be something.domain.com.  The
serser is sitting on an internal network and isn't the main mail server. It
simply supplies outbound STMP service for Web site forms.

Question: will changing this then hose my MySQL and PHP setup?
