Exceptions from Filters

As a follow up, I was having problems getting exceptions to work - however:

> Dyn Host <blackhole server here> AND
> Src Host *customer1st.com|samsung.com|semtech.com*  NOT

This approach has been working fine for me. I'm not sure why I didn't think
to try this, I guess I was just expecting to be able to stack the exceptions
individually. Sometimes what's obvious isn't.
