Re: weird problem: can't send to multiple recipients?

I still get my SMTP server stuck so it won't send mail. When that

stuck, you get called by users almost instantly. "Why can't I send
mail?"
Charles, if you are using POP-before-SMTP from the shipping version
and you make use of that feature, you may get into this stuck
situation. Unlike WebSTAR, this is NOT something we tolerate. :-)
We have a new POP-before-SMTP module that completely eliminates this
problem. The updated module will be part of a free Post.Office
update expected shortly.
We're happy to privately update your system. Contact us off the list
with ssh access information and we'll give you the latest modules.
One fallout of the new POP-before-SMTP architecture is that it
imposes the limitation that the users pop log in must be the same as
his email address. To accomodate users that can't live with this
restriction, we implemeted SMTP-Auth, which will be part of the
upcoming release.

Hi,
Anyone seen this behavior from PO before:
Users on the system can send email out to one or two mail recipients, but
when anyone tries to send to more than 2 addresses, SMTP-Accept process gets
locked up in the process list for hours and the message never gets sent. No
error from the email client until I kill the obdurate process.
