Hey Jason,
We are practically neighbors! I am near Kings Island. According to 
the Tenon Support FAQ: 
<http://www.tenon.com/faq/faq.php?display=faq&nr=24&catnr=5&prog=3.5.3&lang=en&onlynewfaq=3>, 
you must make sure you allow relaying from the IP 127.0.0.1 to allow 
sendmail to work with P.O. If that doesn't help there is more detail 
in the manual (open the PDF and search for sendmail).
