This is one of the best.  If you are worried about blocking AOL, then put in
a SRC Host for *aol.com*   NOT

And you will block everything the blackholes says to block but not those
sent by AOL.

That all being said, a lot of spammers use AOL addresses as their from
addresses but don't actually send from an aol server.  I would definitely
block those as spam.
