First, thanks for the summary. That should help me out thrashing through
some problematic filters.

Regarding RBL filters, I think each site has a different swath or spammers
covered. I for one have seen a 50% cut in spam using *just one* RBL:

relays.osirusoft.com

I recommend it. The others i've tried don't seem to catch too much for me:

bl.spamcop.net
relays.ordb.org
ORBS.DORKSLAYERS.COM
list.dsbl.org
