PostOffice 721 and Panther_Server

SA appears to not be working, noticed this in the system.log and it has not filtered anything since moving my server from 10.2x_Server_720 to Panther_Server_721 yesterday @ 12:30pm.  It was filtering constantly.  Has anyone had this problem?
