On the list page, down near the bottom:

Other Headers to Remove:
reply-to:

Just set that up where indicated.

What is interesting to me is that this PO list isn't set that way - there
are a few users here that have their own reply-to headers when they send
messages, and this overrides this PO list's reply-to. I still wish that
Tenon would simply set this on their own list. :)
