New Post.Office for Panther posted, version 721!

Postmasters,

We were remiss in our testing of Post.Office for Panther.  Apple 
changed their return value when running a child process and this 
caused errors with some of our html Post.Office administration forms. 
The problem has been corrected and we now have a new download package 
that really is Panther compatible.
