Hrmm.  After doing some more investigating, the user that complains the
most uses Outlook Express on the Mac.  I recall, in the dim recesses of my
memory, that Mac OE has Reply and Reply To Sender options, and I'm
wondering if she may be inadvertantly using Reply To Sender in some
situations: perhaps her toolbar has Reply To Sender instead of Reply, and
the icon looks the same, or something.  That would explain inconsistent
behavior, if she clicks the toolbar icon in some instances and uses the
menu or keyboard shortcut in others.

But I am not certain if this accounts for all of the inconsistent
behavior.  I'm wondering if there's any ISP-level anti-spam software that
might be interfering with my users' email, and munging the headers
indiscriminately, for whatever bizarre reason.  Is there any anti-spam
software that does things like remove Reply-To headers on incoming mail?
Or it could be a P.O bug, as you say.  It's a puzzle, to be sure.
