[OT] mod_redirectacgi_apple on OS X 10.3 server?

Elton and anybody who's running Panther Server,

Just a quick question: does Panther server still come with 
mod_redirectacgi_apple to run CGI's like NetCloak? Could you tell me 
the version and/or size of that module  -- in order to see if it has 
been updated since 10.2.
