yes. i wrote kind of frantically in my first post. but, i went through all scenarios that i could think of to remove any possible obstacles.

now we know, as since mentioned by tenon, that there are some incompatibilities..

at least i know i'm not crazy. :)

post.office will start up and run fine.  if importing a previous
install, all mail is accessible and delievered, but trying to make any

establish system performance
set logging options
establish error response parameters
establish system security

here are the forms in that section that do work
pop before smtp
configure smtp filter
edit system level messages

please help.  i have a very basic install, no services are running.
i've had to revert to 10.2 server
