I concur with the results you found with your top 3 RBLs:

sbl.spamhaus.org
bl.spamcop.net 
dnsbl.njabl.org

These have been very good for us.

However, I believe (though have not tested the assumption) that different
email addresses get different "slices" of spam from different spam "centers"
so one RBL is not always good for all purposes.
