Mail don't arrive inside virtual domains

Hi all,

I have noticed something bizarre and I am not sure about it so I 
would like to know if some of you could have noticed the same strange 
behavior.

I have three virtual domains on my mail server. Sometimes (For the 
moment I could not reproduce this) I sent mail from one of the 
virtual domain and it does not arrive on an account which is also in 
another virtual domain.

Is someone aware of this ?
