No matter what I do when setting an SMTP filter, if the fields are
blank the log shows the Tenon default values????

send copies to a mail SA mailbox to see what SA traps.
If you are still not getting any spam trapped, Review your
var/log/mail.log to ensure its running. Also you must be on 721 if
you are on panther.
