Generally, you setup the root@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx as the postmaster/admin 
account in the Post.Office App on install.

Try taking this IMAP client_mail_account off-line, delete it and 
setup a POP account to handle the excessive messages for this 
mailbox.  This will also give you the option in Apple's 
OSX_mail_client to delete all messages on the server for the account 
(advanced tab), if you want to go back to IMAP later.

Ensure you are on release 721; prior releases had a issues with 
excessive IMAP errors.
