Wow, where have you been! -- SA is the biggest thing since PO's inception.  Ensure you are on the newest release (r721) and simply construct a body_filter as shown below:

Content-Type: image/tiff;
       x-unix-mode=0666;
       name="pastedGraphic2.tiff"
Content-Disposition: inline;
  filename=pastedGraphic2.tiff

Attachment converted: Green iMac:pastedGraphic2 3.tiff (TIFF/JFAX) (0015860C)

Here is my SA filter, where I'm excluding my RBL's and local domains.

Content-Type: image/tiff;
       x-unix-mode=0666;
       name="pastedGraphic1.tiff"
Content-Disposition: inline;
  filename=pastedGraphic1.tiff

This is why you send "copyto" your junk to: rbl@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, spamass@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, etc., it let you check-out your spam when your are lonely!
